About Naaska

I’m building the coaching practice I needed in my own hardest season.

Naaska Galbaatar

For two years I thought I was losing my mind. The sleep disruption, the mood shifts, the sudden anxiety in the middle of the night — everything changed, and nothing I was told felt practical for real life.

I eventually learned it was perimenopause, and that answer changed the way I look at women’s health forever. I started studying so I could translate the science into daily tools women can actually use.

I’m currently training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute’s Perimenopause & Menopause certification. My work combines evidence, rhythm, and honest support — no extreme protocols, no shame, no noise.

What I believe

Nervous system first

Sustainable change starts when the body feels safe. We start with calm and consistency.

Food as language

Food is information for hormones. We use steady meals and practical structure, not restriction.

Evidence with context

Research matters, and so does lived experience. Your plan should fit your actual life.
