For the in-between years

A softer way through the change.

Perimenopause and menopause aren't a decline — they're an invitation. I'm Naaska, a women's health coach in training at IIN and IWHI, helping women rebuild energy, hormonal balance, and a sense of home in their bodies.

The approach

Holistic, honest, and paced to your body.

The hot flashes, the brain fog, the 3 a.m. wake-ups — they’re real, they’re not your fault, and they don’t have to be your new normal. My work is helping you feel at home in your body again.

01

Nervous system first

We slow the alarm bells. Sleep, breath, and gentle movement come before any protocol — because your body can’t heal in fight-or-flight.

02

Food as hormonal language

Protein, fiber, minerals, rhythm. Not another diet — a steady way of eating that speaks to changing hormones with fluency.

03

Evidence, not dogma

Clinical research, your labs, and your lived experience. We update the plan as you update me — no guru, no guesswork.

Ways to work with me

Three doors into the same work.

Whether you need a guide for the long haul or a single afternoon of clarity, there’s a way in.

About Naaska

I’m becoming the coach I needed.

For two years I thought I was losing my mind. The sleep, the sudden rage, the heart racing at 3 a.m. — doctors, no answers. Then, finally, one word: perimenopause.

I’m currently training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and completing the Integrative Women’s Health Institute’s Perimenopause & Menopause certification. This work is the culmination of everything I wish I’d had: a calm, studied, deeply human guide through the change — and I’m building it in the open.
